Organisations, Portfolios and Projects

How ClearVerso is structured

ClearVerso uses a simple hierarchy:

Organisation
  └── Portfolio
        └── Project
              └── Tasks, RAID, Reports, Calendar…

• Organisation — your company or team in ClearVerso.
• Portfolio — a grouping of related projects.
• Project — a single piece of work with its own tasks, RAID and reports.

You must have at least one portfolio before you can create a project.

Organisation Owners create portfolios. Project Managers and Organisation Owners can create projects within a portfolio.
