Why can't I perform an administrative action?

Administrative actions (creating organisations, managing users, licences, portfolios and organisation settings) are restricted to Organisation Administrators and Super Admins.

• If you need to perform an admin action, ask your Organisation Owner.
• If you believe you should be an admin, ask them to check your governance role.

For security reasons, ClearVerso Support cannot grant administrative access — only your Organisation Owner can.
